- The film opens on a 16 year old girl (actress was 23 years old) showering behind a frosted door. While only the outline of her body is visible, it is clear she is nude. The girl gets out of the shower and one of her breasts is visible.
- A woman (actress was 23 years old) takes a bath (implied nude) and one of her breasts is seen. Two men enter the room while she is in the tub.
- A teen girl's top is ripped off and she is implied to be raped off-camera.
- Two teen girls are forced to have sex together. Both women strip naked and lie down while other people watch. This scene is brief and one girl performs oral sex on the other, although it is mostly obscured.

- Two women fight and wrestle on the ground. One woman jumps into a pool and the other woman cuts her throat. Some blood.
- A teen girl is threatened with a machete and is then stabbed in the back with a switchblade. Three people kick her several times. Some blood is shown. A short time later, she spits blood in the face of one of the attackers, and the people hit and stab her several times. A lot of blood is shown.
- A girl's hacked off arm is shown implying that it was severed.
- A woman is gutted, and her entrails are pulled out by another woman. More or less of this is shown depending on the version.
- A teen girl's chest is carved into by a switchblade. A lot of blood.
- A woman's neck is slit and she is then thrown into a swimming pool.

- A man is attacked by a person wielding a chainsaw. They fight for an extended time. A moderate amount of blood is shown, with some splashed across another man's face.
