The tagliner for Nightmare Honeymoon "Thank Heavens it's only a movie..." even alludes to the classic tagliner for Last House "To avoid fainting keep repeating it's only a movie..."
Dack Rambo, John Beck and Dennis Patrick would all appear regularly in Dallas (1978) throughout the early to mid 80s. Beck's two stints on the show meant he also shared billing with both actors at different times.
Director Nicolas Roeg dropped out after the first five days of shooting and was replaced by Elliott Silverstein.
