- There is a lot of full frontal male and female nudity. A woman spends a considerable amount of time in topless, during the movie's middle section.
- The uncut version shows several acts of sexual penetration from various angles, with full view of the woman's anus, the man's scrotum and the penis thrusting into the vagina, in missionary position, cowgirl position and doggie style. At some point, the man starts to finger her anus. Later, he ejaculates and we see the semen oozing out of his penis and onto the woman's anus.
- A man takes several photos of a topless woman. Her breasts are visible. He forces her to lie down and then takes more photos. Later she takes off her clothes and we see her pelvic region with pubic hair. Later, still, we see a closeup of a woman speading with her fingers the labia of her vulva to show her vagina to the camera.

- A woman undresses another woman, kisses her and then slaps her repeatedly. Later, we see the dominant woman, completely nude, on top the submissive woman, thrusting her hips and rubbing her groin on the other woman's groin. Later, they swich positions and kiss.

- This movie is extremely violent and features a graphic eye-gouging with a scalpel. The scene is very gory, very intense and extremely disturbing.
- This movie is about a woman being forced into prostitution. We see a woman getting repeatedly raped by customers of both sexes. She doesn't fight back during the sexual act.
- A lot of people get shot in the chest and on the head in slow-motion. We see a lot of blood but hardly any gore.
- A man is repeatedly shot in the knee. Lots of blood, no gore. He's then dragged through the gravel ground while in extreme pain.
- A man is pinned to the ground by rocks, and a rope is strapped around his neck. The rope is then tied to a horses bridle. When the horse moves, the man is decapitated offscreen.
- A woman brutally scratches a man's face, leaving bloody streaks.
- It's implied that a woman got shot or stabbed through the head in her very own bed, presumably by her pimp or by one of her clients. We see her bed, sheets and nightgown covered in blood and her pillow with a hole.
- We hear that a man and a woman committed suicide by poisoning.
- A woman knocks out two men in hand-to-hand combat.

- A woman is forcibly drugged and, in her sleep, she's injected with heroin by a doctor. She becomes a drug addict and depends on heroin to survive. She repeatedly injects herself throughout the movie. Her heroin is supplied by her pimp. Later, when she goes rogue, she has to buy heroin herself.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The eye-gouging scene is the most horrifying piece of the movie, but the rest of the movie is also pretty violent, both physically and psychologically, featuring rape, child-rape, forced prostitution and other gratuituous acts of violence against women. It also features a scene of torture, murder and revenge.
