- The "Cannibal" scene is long and pretty gruesome, a lot more gruesome than the movie "Alive."
- You see a survivor's intestine coming out of his stomach after the plane crash. Someone pushes it back in while he scream in pain.
- Plane crashes are always scary
- A few dead bodies, a lot of dread.

- The plane crash is pretty intense even for a movie from the 70's. The part where they argue about eating human meat may be distressing to some. The part where they cut up the dead human is prolong and may be disturbing to some. Some may even get nausea watch it since it is close up. Overall because this movie is based on true events, that alone is enough to distress people. The overall tone of the movie is very dreadful.
