- This is a pornographic film. Every one of its scenes depicts at least one sex act, but because there are multiple versions of this film, including a softcore version created by the director at the time of the original editing and others later created different cuts after the fact, not all of the items below apply equally to all versions.
- The director's full hardcore cut of this film explicitly depicts fellatio, cunnilingus, anilingus, vaginal sex, anal sex, urination, bondage, and use of nipple clamps.
- To make up for all of these cuts in the softcore version, a wholly new scene is added to this version showing two people in a porn theater. They speak of sex as they watch the action on the movie screen, which we do not see, but we hear the film-within-a-film's soundtrack interleaved with their conversation.
- Sex acts in this film are largely heterosexual and in couples only.
- There is an extended lesbian scene where the women exchange cunnilingus. This scene arguably turns into a threesome when a man joins in, but this largely breaks up the women's prior action so that it becomes a heterosexual couple with a nearly passive female onlooker.
- In all scenes involving men, there is at least one external ejaculation in the director's hardcore cut, sometimes more. Some hardcore cuts such as the Playboy TV version show genital contact but elide the ejaculations. The director's softcore version doesn't show ejaculation, but in one scene we see semen on a woman's face from after the event.
- There is only one scene in the movie where an actor is fully unclothed. In all other sex scenes, the actors usually disrobe only to the extent needed to pull off the scene's sex act(s). One consequence of this directorial choice is that although a high percentage of the film's time is given to sex scenes, we don't see a bare female breast until about ¾ the way through the film.
- Every external part of the human body is shown in the film at least once, even in the softcore version, though only briefly in that latter case.
- There is explicit talk of sex throughout the movie.
