- At the end of the movie it is revealed that one of the main characters is boy and it includes full frontal nudity including a penis.
- We find out that one of the characters in the movie switched genders. Male nudity is present when the twist is revealed.
- A naked boy is shown full frontal, penis and pubic hair clearly visible as the finale to the film (revealed as the killer posing allegedly as a female after being forced to cross dress by his guardian the aunt after the boating incident - not choosing to identify this way)

- A man is killed in a boating accident, his body is seen afterwards, but we do not see any blood. A child is also killed in the accident, but the body is never shown.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- the final scene reveals the killer was a victim of childhood trauma and was forced by his guardian (his aunt), to live as a girl; merely because the aunt quote: 'preferred a girl, two boys simply won't do'
- The final scene is very sexually graphic. It shows a fully nude boy, still-frame shot, as eerie music plays in the background for a long period of time.
