- A man scrapes cocaine off a woman's exposed breast with a razor in closeup. It is implied this creates sexual tension between the man and the woman
- One of the central characters is a pimp who has multiple prostitutes near him.
- A couple makes out; the guy rubs up and down the woman's thigh.

- A woman transforms into a demon graphically. A graphic claw mark on her neck starts oozing out green slime, and her teeth are seen falling out, sharp ones growing in their place.
- A demon slowly tears open a man's neck. Blood and mangled flesh is seen.
- While hiding, part of a woman's scalp is torn off her head. Blood is seen oozing as well as the bloody skull.
- A man's eyes are gouged by a demon. Blood squirts out of the gashes.
- Two people are strangled to death at the same time. Later on, the man's body is seen hanging, and the woman is seen with her face torn up.
- A demon is stabbed with a switchblade several times. Seen in quick glimpses.
- A demon kills a woman, but there's so much blood spurting, it's hard to tell what he actually does.
- Note: Although the gore is in copious amounts, it's very over-the-top, similar to "The Evil Dead".
- A goblin-like creature bursts out of a woman's back.
- A man is decapitated offscreen with a katana. Blood splatters onto the floor.
- In the climax, several demons are stabbed, slashed, decapitated, and dismembered in fast glimpses.
- A demon's head is pushed onto exposed nails. They are seen poking into his head with blood seen from a distance.
- A woman's scratch begins to bubble up and expand, exploding into pus and blood.

- At the end of the film, a helicopter crashes through the roof. The mangled bodies of the pilots are seen from a distance. The helicopter blades start moving again, and slice up demons.
