- A mother pulls her son into the apartment, and belt sounds and screams could be heard. In a small iris on the side, a meat cleaver drops down, and we see blood splash up on the wall. Then, the little boy walks out of the apartment, with the bloody cleaver in his hands.
- The killer breaks out and kills a cop by cannibalizing him. He bites him on the neck and continues to chew.
- Another one of the cops shoots the killer in the chest, and we see (in a closeup) blood spurting out of the wound. The killer later gets up, and grabs his cleaver. He sneaks up on the cop, and lodges his meat cleaver into the cop's left shoulder, killing him. Blood sprays everywhere out of the cut.
- Later that night, the killer kills a woman out in the woods, by cutting her breast off. He then continues to hack her, repeatedly.
- In another scene, a man is attacked while working on his car.His hand is cut off, and he is then castrated, and the genitalia is eaten. This scene is really freaky.
- While two wood-cutters are working in the forrest, the killer attacks them. The first wood-cutter has the meat cleaver lodged into the side of his head, he then drops to the ground and bleeds out. The second tree-cutter is sawed in half with a hedge-trimmer, he then has his sawed off, and then in two (The second killing takes about 3 or four minutes).
- The killer then comes across a man who is dressed like Jesus nailed to a cross. The killer then proceeds to hack him open, and eat his intestines. He then crawls inside the man, and wakes up outside a church. This is the most hypnotizing scene in the movie.
- The killer then kills two people outside the church, he drags one to the top of the van, and decapitates the victim. Blood is spraying everywhere like and open faucet. The next day, the killer collapses in a field, and his skin begins to rot off. He lies there, for hours and hours, ripping off his flesh. By nighttime, his face is gone (literally). He then pulls open his stomach, and pulls a baby out. The film ends here.

- The entire movie is extremely gory and blood- soaked. However, the gore and blood is so obviously fake and cheesy, and can easily not be taken easily. However, the female genital mutilation scene may disgust viewers.
