After the helicopter leaves the island, it is the middle of the night when Leslie and Gary first go into the house, yet it is the middle of the day when they finally get upstairs - all in the space of a few seconds.
When Leslie is next to a window and says it's colder tonight, outside there is more light than shown before and it's clearly not night.
A police car is shown driving around the city looking for Jerry and it's clearly night, but in the very next shot of the hotel, it's clearly not night.
When Gary opens the door at the top floor near the end of the movie, there is blue light coming out of the door, but in the very next shot the room is lit without blue light.
When Jerry is shown burning at the cross, shots from farther away and the close-ups don't match in what is shown. In close-ups he is obviously safe and out of harms way while make-up is constantly applied to him to simulate the burns, but in shots that are farther he is unrecognizable and is already a burnt up, charred corpse.
