- The film is vampire themed. Peter Loew is shown as mentally ill and has erratic behaviour which may scare some people. Peter Loew is threatened with a gun and shots are fired. A woman is chased twice. The appearance of a vampire and characteristics may frighten some people.
- Some viewers may find the film exceptionally disturbing, interpreting it less as a dark horror-themed comedy and more as a creepy portrait of a descent into madness.
