Sex & Nudity

- It is implied that a woman is raped. A group of men are seen ripping off her clothes. She is later seen laying on the floor in a shirt and stockings (no nudity) as a man is briefly seen buckling his pants as he is walking away. This is later discussed in the movie.
- A prison guard is heard doing a body cavity search. He asks inmates to lift their scrotums & penises and also tells them to spread their cheeks.
- A teenager is raped at knifepoint, we only see their faces as the act happens. The reaction of other teenagers and kids around are seen as this happens. We briefly see the buttocks of a man as the act ends.
- Prison prostitution is mentioned in a scene.
- A woman is seen pulling down her underwear and sitting down on a toilet. We briefly see the side of her buttocks as she does so. We see her hand reaching down between her thighs to take out a balloon of drugs.
- A closeup of a man lubricating a balloon of drugs to insert it in his anus.
- A man's buttocks is briefly seen as he is walking out of a cavity search.
- A man and woman are seen having consensual sex, we mostly see them from the chest up (no nudity is seen). The scene is intercut with a homosexual prison rape/killing. The consensual sex slowly turns into rape as the woman begs him to stop. The woman's butt is very briefly shown at the end of this scene. This lasts around 4 minutes.

- A man is stabbed in the neck repeatedly, the scene takes place in a dim room so it is harder to see.
- A man is killed by being set on a fire in his cell.
- A character is shot in the leg, a bit of blood is seen. We later him with a prostethic leg.
- A man is abruptly stabbed repeatedly in his bare chest, the outcome is bloody
- A man stabs someone in the throat as someone else is encouraging him.
- A man is raped and killed in a particularly unpleasant fashion, with a large knife through a very sensitive area of the anatomy. The camera doesn't linger.

- The process of smuggling drugs into prison is shown in detail. Characters are seen passing the substance to inmates and tasting the powder.
- A man is seen suffering from drug withdrawals and begging for more to a man.

- Characters are seen drinking prison wine and being intoxicated.
- Men forcibly make a character breath in cocaine at gun point until he passes out. We later see many dead men with their faces covered in cocaine, implying this was done to all of them.
- A man is seen drunk at a wedding, characters carry him because he has difficulty to walk.
- A few scenes where characters lift their sleeves up to show that they don't have any track marks.

- A teenager dies from a drug overdose, he is seen on the floor with a needle in his arm.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The homosexual rape is very disturbing. The rapist rapes one of the main characters in juvenile hall. After the rape, the victim attacks its rapist back and kills him with his own knife. It is also implied that other juvenile inmates were victims of rape when one of them says ''Kill him" to the victim.
