very thought out scripts with deep meaning and insight. The perfect man shows exactly what a perfect man should not be! therefore the script was amazing...the acting sucked and the whole plot went down the drain!therefore i did not care for the acting played by the characters. Mother, Father, and Melissa did a poor job of playing there parts in the previous movie of "The Perfect Man!" THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS CORRUPTABLE MOVIE ABOUT "LOVE" AND "ROMANCE" SCREW THE WORLD! anyways this movie was a total drag and i wish it wasn't made! therefor i advise all you young movie watchers to not see this movie WHATSOEVER!!!!! thank you!

Warning: Spoilers
I saw this movie on ebay last year and bought it, because i think Michelle Little is a great actress. Anyways the movie starts of with Mother (Phyllis Diller) and her daughter Melissa (michelle little) at a psychic reading... At this point in the film a was really disappointed with the sound and picture of the film, the psychic lady talks like her mouth is down the microphone, after that scene the movie starts to get a little better, Melissa (Little) is at a crossroad in her life, she doesn't know weather to keep working at a Place in which she makes logo's for other peoples products, or to start her own art studio up. She is also having trouble with her boyfriend Micheal. They are drifting apart and she feels she needs something more in a guy, Thats when she gets introduced to a rich artist by her slutty friend Lina. Now Melissa must come up with at least 20 paintings before her show starts. also Melissa has just found out that her mum is now a drunk and a widow, also very very paranoid. so Melissa takes her and her mum to New York, to show off her art, they have a good time and her mother starts up her old singing career again. Melissa get cracked onto by the rich artist, but soon decides Micheal is the perfect man for her. I was quite impressed with this film, it obviously had no money behind it and was just a little film, but the acting is good (Mostly), and the storyline is nice for a Sunday afternoon film. So if your a fan of Michelle Little or Phyllis Diller, give this one a go, it is available on VHS under the title HEARTSTRINGS
