BESAME MUCHO, a Venezuelan/Colombian/Mexican co-production is somewhat of a typical Latin police/melodrama, albeit with a bit more class than most. Its intention is to comment on the state of upper class Latin American society at the end of the millennium: political corruption, infidelity, violence and solitude, among other topics, and present a film which addresses all these issues, while at the same time conveys the sex, passion, and melodrama, so typical of Latin Cinema.
