- A woman is stabbed several times by the murderer. We hear it and see the bloody results. He then scalps her (offscreen)
- Martin knocks down a man with the baseball bat
- The murderer kills a man by cracking his head open with a baseball bat (we see a large pool of blood around the victim)

- Original language is Danish, in English subtitles the translation has strong language all throughout, including F words, and B words, other strong language as well as mild one.

- The second half of the film is very atmospheric in its suspense and terror depiction, the setting (a morgue) making it even more eerie. The film is quite disturbing, definitely not for people sensitive towards violence.
