The Champions Logo Low Blow
Sometimes I’m not here to tell you what went wrong with a story. Not what I usually do, but sometimes a story just gets the law right. Doesn’t stop me from writing about it. I can have as much fun explaining why the law works the way it was portrayed in a story as I can explaining why the law doesn’t work the way it was portrayed in a story. In fact, I can have more fun. When I write about why a story is right, no one gets mad at me.
Champions v2 #7 is one of those stories that got it right. For those who haven’t read it, the new Champions comic tells the adventures of some teenaged Marvel super heroes who teamed up after they became disillusioned with the behavior of the adult Marvel super heroes. Particularly their behavior in Civil War II.

**Be Warned: The Following Is A *Spoiler* Proceed With Caution**
By now we've grown accustomed to the way Marvel's Netflix shows like to flaunt their shared universe-ness. Ever since the release of Daredevil, a tradition has begun where every series that comes out includes an appearance by a character from a previous Marvel series. We saw it when Rosario Dawson's Claire Temple showed up on Jessica Jones; When Carrie-Anne Moss's Jeri Hogarth popped up in Daredevil; And we saw it in Luke Cage when...eh, this article is spoilery enough.
So it should come as no surprise that the tradition will live on in Marvel's The Punisher. The series, which focuses on Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle, the violent vigilante we met in Daredevil: Season 2, is currently filming in my neck of the woods. A new photo reveals which character from another Marvel show is going to pop up in The Punisher.

The Lords of Salem will begin its limited theatrical release in the Us next week, and we’ve already given you a look at five clips from the movie. If you can’t hold out and need to see more, a brand new clip has been released. We do suggest that most people avoid watching the clip, however, as it is one of the more important scenes from the movie.
We’ve had many readers asking us about specific release details, but they are not yet available. Anchor Bay Films has mentioned that the movie will play in theaters on April 19th in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, Detroit, Dallas, Miami, Philadelphia, Houston, and Washington DC. If you live in one of those cities, make sure to check your local theater listings for midnight screenings next week. We’re trying to get more specific information on the...

We’re only a couple of weeks away from the release of Rob Zombie’s The Lords of Salem, and we have a brand new clip to share with readers. We’ve also included the recently released trailer and four additional clips from the movie.
“Heidi, a blonde rock chick, DJs at a local radio station, and together with the two Hermans (Whitey and Munster) forms part of the ‘Big H Radio Team’.
A myserious wooden box containing a vinyl record arrives for Heidi, ’a gift from the Lords’. She assumes it’s a rock band on a mission to spread their word. As Heidi and Whitey play the Lords’ record, it starts to play backwards, and Heidi experiences a flashback to a past trauma.
Later, Whitey plays the Lords’ record, dubbing them the Lords of Salem, and to his surprise, the record plays normally and is a massive hit with listeners.

Welcome to The Pull List Comic Reviews! Get comfy as a few titles elected to go with short stories this week, meaning we’ve got a lot to cover. As always, Warning: Spoilers Ahead.
Pull Of The Week:
Deadpool #900 – Marvel Comics – $4.99 Us
Writers: Jason Aaron, Fred Van Lente, Mike Benson, Joe Kelly, Duane Swierczynski, Victor Gischler, Charlie Huston Artists: Chris Staggs, Dalibor Talajic, Damion Scott, Rob Liefeld, Shawn Crystal, Sanford Greene, Kyle Baker
Score: 9.0
Has there been a hotter commodity in recent times than Deadpool? Hard to argue, but looking back you’ll find that the first issue of this title was launched last year amid much fanfare. Fast-forward twelve months and the character has starred in a one-shot (Deadpool: Games of Death), a mini-series (Deadpool: Suicide Kings), a second ongoing series (Deadpool: Merc With a Mouth) and an upcoming third ongoing (Deadpool Team-Up). What better way to hammer home...
