- A woman is briefly seen performing oral sex on a man while he is kissing another woman simultaneously. Although no nudity is shown, we see a woman bobbing her head up and down.
- The villain and his girlfriend are shown kissing in several instances. He sticks his tongue in her mouth and later bites her lower lip.
- A human woman has her neck bitten by a vampire. She moans and gasps and whimpers, "Don't stop" as he vigorously sucks and continues drinking her blood for quite some time.

- The protagonist is locked in an iron-maiden like device and his wrists are cut by blades. Blood pours from his wrists and fills the screen explicitly.

- An old man is beaten down by some vampires, and is later found severely hurt and bloody. He afterwards shoots himself (offscreen).
