- A woman purposedly crashes her car against a wall while she has a passenger in the car with her. We discover later that she's dead and that the passenger is disfigured.

- A man has a hard time telling dreams from reality and has many hallucinations in which his face is horribly disfigured.
- A man is briefly seen committing suicide by ingesting a whole box of sleeping pills. He is seen for a couple of seconds on the ground, in visible pain, choking to death, foam running out of his mouth. Although short, the scene is quite intense.
