The documentary examines the violent repression of anti-communist demonstrators in Piata Universitatii, in downtown Bucharest, June 13-15 1991, by the police and the miners from Valea Jiului. The director, who was himself among the demonstrators, recounts the events with rare images, many of them from amateur cameras, creating a story dramatically different from the official TVR version (TVR is the national television). The end of the movies includes footage from foreign news bulletins.
