Released to some theaters as part of a four-film package, the other three were Master of Horror (1965), The Gruesome Twosome (1967) and The Wizard of Gore (1970).
Two versions of the film were released. The first was a short subject (called "Annbelle Lee"), made in 1968. In 1972 new scenes were filmed in Peru which were added to pad the film to feature length. This version was titled "Diabolic Wedding", and had a very limited U.S. release through Ellman Enterprises as part of a four-film "package deal".
