Yeah, I expect you do. This release from August of 1931 plays off the big release, three months earlier, of Warner Brothers' SVENGALI starring John Barrymore. In this one, the Wolf eats a lot of Garlic and uses it to hypnotize Kitty, aka 'Trilby' into singing scales at the opera house instead of being a model from Krazy Kat.
Benjamin Harrison & Manny Gould had been producing and directing the series for half a dozen years at this point and would continue to do so until 1940, with a steady and well-selected series of gags and no relationship to George Herriman's original, anarchic comic strip. Charles Mintz is credited as the producer, but they pretty much ran their own unit. Mintz did, presumably, provide the services of Joe DeNat for musical accompaniment.
