Manuel's wife is sick and no one will give a greaser money or work. He therefore steals a horse and sells it in order to obtain money with which to buy medicine. The crime is traced to him, but he is released when it is seen that his wife has died in spite of his efforts to save her. A pathetic story, well pictured. - The Moving Picture World, March 8, 1913
