Warner Bros. is taking the ghost story to new levels with Haunted. Variety reports that the studio has purchased Eric Kripke's spec script and is developing the project with with Greg Berlanti through Berlanti Prods. and Kevin McCormick under his Langley Park banner. Kripke is the creator of CW's Supernatural, and is set to direct the film that's a tale of "a haunted house told from the ghosts point of view."
He also directed The Boogeyman and is known for the short films Battle of the Sexes, as well as Truly Committed, which won the audience award at Slamdance. Kripke also directed several episodes of Supernatural, which is heading into its seventh season this fall. Berlanti is a producer and screenwriter on Warner's Green Lantern and directed the studio's Life as We Know It.
I have only watched a few episodes of Supernatural, but am interested in this film.

The head of worldwide sales for Microsoft is a slim, good-looking Colombian who sports a casual Caesar haircut--the haircut being the only casual thing about him. He vibrates with coiled intensity; you sense he's friendly unless he senses you're edible. Now, the guy famous for donning combat gear to whip his sales teams into a feral frenzy has pulled his top managers together for two days of Bury My Heart at Conference Room B and asked that I facilitate it personally.
