"This show is about relationships," states bubbly host, Andy Matheny, in almost every episode. This is entirely not so, unless you add "ruining" before "relationships." The basic idea is that there is a couple sitting in a sound-proof booth. A friend of one of the paramours has something incriminating to tell them about the other, usually that he or she has been unfaithful. The friend is sent away and the clueless lover is brought out and questioned about his or her partner. The response is always pleasant and loving. The friend is brought back and tells him or her of the other partner's infidelity. At last the other lover is brought out. They get down on their knees and confess to the friend's accusations. Then, our unaturally happy host gives two vacation tickets to the previously clueless person. It is then that person's decision of who to take on the vacation. When Matheny claims this waste of air time is "about relationships," I can't help but laugh.
