- A group of bullies pushes over a changing tent with Mia inside it. She is wrapped up in a towel as she is surrounded by the paparazzi.
- Mia accidentally breaks a finger off a statue and places it in its mouth; party guests have an alarmed reaction to it later in the film.
- Some heavy kissing, including one that is nonconsensual.

- Mia changes clothes in the back seat of a limousine. We see her clumsily attempting to put on hosiery, but no nudity is shown. An older man is driving, but there is a partition between them. Her chauffeur remarks, "I've never tried on pantyhose, but it sounds dangerous."

- Mia shoves an ice cream cone down the front of Lana's cheer uniform as an act of revenge.
- Mia has some sort of bandage on her nose, but takes it off suddenly when the boy she likes comes into the room. She is visibly in pain (implied with facial expression; no audible reaction). Her nose is noticeably red where the bandage was, but no blood. After the boy leaves, she says, "Ow."
- A teenaged boy steals a kiss from Mia in an effort to garner attention from the paparazzi, and she hits him in the head with her sandal.
- Mia accidentally hits her gym teacher in the head with a softball. Her gym teacher walks away with her hand on her head, calling for someone to get ice.
- Mia gets nauseous while giving a speech in front of her class she starts heaving and gagging while rushing out of the classroom it is implied that she throws up.
- Mia's car rolls backwards down a hill after the emergency brake fails and she crashes into a trolley nobody is injured but she is later pardoned by the police after they find out she and her grandmother are royalty.
- A man's sleeve catches on fire during a formal dinner and is dunked in an ice bucket to extinguish the flame.
- Mia hits a baseball during gym class and the ball hits one of her classmates in the groin, causing him to fall to his knees in pain. Since he's a school bully, he most likely deserves it in the film.
- A woman is very clumsy and falls down a lot (mostly played for comedy.)

- The expression "shut up" is used multiple times throughout, mostly as an interjection expressing incredulity.

- Mia has an emotional meltdown in the middle of a rainstorm when her car stops running.
