Among the most famous British comic book characters, lawman of the future Judge Dredd is coming to cinemas worldwide next month.
Never mind Sylvester Stallone's 1995 effort, latest adaptation Dredd is a gritty new take directed by Pete Travis and starring Karl Urban.
And to accompany that event, 2000 Ad - in whose comic book pages the Judge was introduced - has teamed up with publishers Abaddon for a trio of tales from the mean streets of Mega-City One.
The 704-page omnibus edition, also titled Dredd, is out now at comic book stores, bookshops and online retailers including Amazon. A full description is included below.

Pretty Little Liars S03E03: "Kingdom of the Blind"
One of the ironies of Pretty Little Liars.and it's been this way from the beginning.is that the only characters we can really trust are the titular girls. Sure, they lie all the time, but they lie to protect themselves, mostly. And as the series has progressed, we've come to accept them as the only characters we can truly count on. Dimensions of creepy are opening up all over Rosewood: Jenna can see, Mona’s still insane, Lucas is hiding something and setting fires, Melissa’s back in town and she’s not pregnant, Veronica Hastings is indeed defending Garrett Reynolds and for some reason she really wants to believe he’s innocent, and Ella Montgomery is changing exam grades.
You’d think that Hanna has enough on her plate with Mona being the old “A” and all, but now she also has to deal with Lucas. He’s totally suspicious, and he’s looking a little rough around the edges. Caleb even confronts him about almost setting fire to his girlfriend, and Lucas starts rambling about how the "Mona is A" story is only the tip of the iceberg. Oh, and he was definitely at Radley visiting Mona. To be honest, Lucas should have just checked himself in for a day or so.

Note: Do not read on if you have not seen Season 3, Episode 3 of ABC Family's "Pretty Little Liars," entitled "Kingdom of the Blind."
When we last left the Little Liars in the bathroom (their new favorite hangout besides the nameless hip Season 3 coffee shop), they decided to use the fact that Jenna can see against her because they can and they will, as Spencer said.
So when the Liars reconvene in the courtyard this week, they are giving Jenna many an evil eye. They nominate Aria to try to figure out what is exactly is up with Jenna since she trusts her, a notion presumably ascertained by the fact that Flutist Jenna wants Aria to duet with her. Perhaps it's just because she has a musical name? But Aria begrudgingly takes on the liars position of Jenna Correspondent after Hanna over to trade for Mon-a Duty -- Aria wisely passes.

In the biting words of Hanna Marin: Wow Jenna, what a sight for sore eyes. | permalink
At the end of last week's Pretty Little Liars, the girls discovered that Jenna was lying about the fact that she was still blind. Or, as Aria put it: "Bitch can see!"
In "Kingdom of the Blind" it was only fitting that we'd witness Jenna's story get taken one step further.
The one thing I didn't anticipate was how confrontational Hanna has gotten. Not gonna lie, I'm loving it! I would've been so annoyed if the liars watched Jenna pull away in her car without saying anything. Luckily, we didn't have to because Hanna's got balls of steel. Girl really got into it this episode; she is just plain tired of being pushed around.
I get that Lucas is going through some sort of downward spiral, and, let's face it, everyone in Rosewood is fairly unhinged,...

Is your mind not muddled with massive questions after tonight's stupefying Pretty Little Liars? Between Jenna's sight, Melissa's revelation, and Mona's crazy freak-out, here are the five most shocking moments from tonight's episode, "Kingdom of the Blind":
Spencer's mom is defending Garrett?
Why, exactly, we have no idea, but Victoria Hastings seems to be convinced that Garrett is innocent, and Melissa agrees. Despite the massive amounts of incriminating evidence against Garrett when it comes to the deaths of both Maya and Ali, we'll just have to wait and see what Spencer's mom can pull together.
Melissa lost her baby…
Which was really weird as she showed up back in Rosewood all smooth-bellied. At first we weren't sure what happened, but Spencer revealed the truth. Then Spencer does some research, and it turns out that Melissa and Victoria both lied, and Melissa didn't lose the baby when they both claimed she did.

The next new "Pretty Little Liars" episode is titled "Kingdom of the Blind" and naturally focuses on Jenna and what she's been hiding. Check out these preview clips from the episode.
In this first clip, the girls try to concoct a plan to out Jenna's faking being blind. They think Aria is their best way in because Jenna trusts Aria - or wants Aria to think that she does.
Below, Caleb confronts Lucas about going after Hanna. Lucas says Hanna can stop worrying about him like he's "a pet." Lucas also warns Caleb off all the buried stuff that might come to light.
And finally, Emily talks to Ella about her test that was mysteriously completed and Ella is super sketchy about what happened.
