A good farcical situation is worked up in this offering. The husband pretends to be a burglar to cure his nervous wife of her constant apprehension. A real burglar appears on the scene, likewise Mr. Smith, who lives next door, and the resulting developments bring considerable laughter. - The Moving Picture World, November 1, 1913
