Ovidie had a brief run as a porn flavor of the month at the beginning of this century, touted by the usual media and even "crossing over", not Jordan but over into the mainstream opposite Jean-Pierre Leaud in THE PORNOGRAPHER. I've watched a number of her films and feel like it was all just another case of The Emperor's New Clothes.
