Well what can be said about this little animation short? This is quite short and to the point, as well as being quite funny. It is funny because it is actually true. It does not matter how well you drive, you are still likely to encounter problems with other road users.
This would probably explain why minimal third party car insurance is compulsory in the UK, I'm not sure what the law says about this in Italy but I would imagine it would be something similar. Even more-so with the European Union in force.
I have never been to Italy before, but it seems they have the same trouble with drivers as we do in the UK.
This film should not be taken as an invitation to drive however bad as you may wish to. It is a comedy which is not to be taken seriously. It is only there to mock the way everyone drives on the road.
The only way to avoid all such problems would be to stop driving altogether but I don't believe we need to go that far.
