A burlesque on the early days of warfare with the Indians. Chief Standing Cowsky proves a humorous figure and the whole picture, while not a strong production, brings out a succession of smiles. - The Moving Picture World, March 21, 1914

Now and again you find a work of fiction that truly changes you for the better. This is without a doubt one of these. The cahacters are brought to life beautifully all the actors easily would have gotten Oscars had they exsisted yet. The story is craft with was clearly a large amount of love and passion for the time that is being depicted and it nearly moved me to tears with its finale. It is my firmest beleif that no mater who you are where you come from or whatever walk of life you herit from you will deeply enjoy this and everything that it is. It is truly a modern day tradgedy that there are so few way to see what definately inspired many modern works.
