- Sex scene between a couple in bed. Only breasts and shoulders briefly seen.
- A man puts a soup ladle up his buttocks multiple times (no nudity).

- A guy beats a little dog to death (very little blood seen).
- A guy takes of his shirt and is whipped, supposedly to contact spirits.
- A room where the skin of dead yakuza, minus their heads, are shown hanging. Their dried up and completely flat, and resemble cardboard more than human tissue.
- A barrel full of organs is shown briefly.

- Translations vary greatly, but the common subtitle source should have moderate level profanity. Mainly a few F-words (some of which used sexually).
