This starts out with a number of children, but later older people appear in the cast. The bad boy, who put dirt on Carmen's clean clothes, succeeds in starting a neighborhood rumpus. There are amusing moments in this, but the plot itself is very slight. - The Moving Picture World, October 24, 1914
