- A man is stabbed in the chest with a knife offscreen but we see him with the knife in his chest.
- A man is shot in the chest, has bloody wounds, and eventually dies.
- We see a bloody corpse fall out of a closet.
- A man is stabbed in the abdomen offscreen. We see the wound with little blood later.
- We see several rotting corpses.
- A man is hit in the head with a baseball bat.
- There are a couple of hand to hand fights between characters. At one point, one of the characters are almost choked to death. These scenes contain nothing graphic.

- The first scene in which the girl is hanging by chains is extremely disturbing. Being such a young girl, screaming for her life, it is very disturbing and sadistic.
- There are many jump scenes and mild chase scenes throughout the film.
- The killer's mask may frighten some viewers.
- This is overall an extremely intense and suspenseful film with minimum gore content.

- We see a girl of about 15 hanging by chains. A man puts on a bloody apron and picks up a bloody knife. You see him stab the knife into her and hear a crunch. This is not graphic, gory, or bloody but is disturbing.
- A girl is stabbed with a knife in the throat. We then see him rip her shirt off (No nudity) and stab her in various areas of the body approximately 15 times. We later see her very bloody body. Not gory, just very graphic.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The last 20 minutes are basically scenes of torture and despair.
