The book 'Jimmy McGovern's Cracker: From Tragedy To Success A Noir Of The Nineties' by Josephine M Dunn covers the first series. Dunn worked with McGovern on the BBC film 'Needle' and knew Cracker's star, Robbie Coltrane, when they lived on the same road in Hackney.
