- Although the game looks 2d snd pixelated the animations look very realistic and the blood splatters everywhere.
- The player's character is a mindless serial killer. Lots of blood everywhere, executions, burnings, etc. are the products of your path of destruction.
- The game is presented with a low-resolution top-down view, detracting from the violence somewhat.

- Despite the violence shown from the top down view, this game has a very disturbing atmosphere, taking place of a killer.
- The main character is completely insane and experiencing psychotic episodes throughout, despite Postal 2's tone being mostly comedic, this is practically straight-up psychological horror and incredibly creepy.
- The Protagonist can kill himself by pressing a certain button. This shows his skull shattering. This isn't very detailed due to graphical limitations.

- The final level takes place at an Elementary School, however none of the protagonist's weapons work, causing him to have a mental breakdown.
