When director Rolfe Kanefsky told Tiffany Shepis the role of her dad would be played by Jeff Fahey, she had no idea who that was.
According to Tiffany Shepis, the cast and crew were told it would only take forty-five minutes to drive to the location set in the dessert for first day of shooting, but it ended up taking almost four hours. She said, "Everyone was late and pissed off." Then they realized they couldn't start shooting because the guys with the film were still lost.
Lead actress Tiffany Shepis suffered a broken wrist the night before shooting.
