- Peter is crucified at the end of the film. We see the nails being driven into his hands, there is blood.
- St. Paul is shown being beheaded ( The scene cuts off before we see his head actually being chopped off, so there is no blood or gore).

- The father of 3 kids is a slave that fights in the roman arena with swords. There is at least one scene where he kills another man in the arena. There is a conflict near the end of the film in the arena that can be quite tense, it looks as if the father of the kids may die.
