Clumsy Philippino Cowboy Burlesque
Mozjoukine23 February 2008
The local comic Dolphy had an immense following in the Philippines and was pretty well unknown outside his native country.

This clumsy Philippino cowboy movie burlesque offers our amiable hero doing not very plausible action scenes and comedy routines opposite Lapid in a setting which is clearly the Philippines at the Times of Marcos token election campaign rather than the last frontier. It comes with Dude ranch detail not to mention go go girls and South Sea Island natives.

The Eastmancolor production values are just adequate, typical of their industry, which rated an extraordinary number seven in the world at the time.
