A Really Great Documentary
supersocket73 February 2006
If you thought Senator John McCain and John Kerry (both US veterans, and McCain a former POW from the Korea war) would be in favor of finding out whether there are still POWs in North Korea: THINK AGAIN! This documentary shows footage from C-SPAN in 1996 when a senate hearing was established hear whether there was enough evidence of POWs in North Korea (McCain and Kerry were on it). I saw it on PBS late one night and I was stunned to see all but one senate committee members walked out after hearing reports about live POWs still in North Korea. This is one of the best documentaries I have seen and I plan to buy a copy and show it to my father and uncles who think the Pentagon, Senate, and our Presidents would never leave a man behind.
