Obvious stunt double for Face when he jumps in the van during the shoot-out with Decker at the start of the episode when the young boy contacts the A Team.
The personal ad says apartment 7 but when Decker kicks the door down it is apartment 208.
When Murdock and B. A. are driving the tank in the final showdown, they are shown individually in the dark (supposedly down in the base of the tank) with a light flickering over their faces. The light is supposed to be the light from the outside hitting their faces, but is obviously light from another source, such as a stage light with a rectangular cutout being played across their faces. If they had really been in the base of the tank driving it, they would have been bouncing up and down, moving in relation to the light. Instead, the light is moving and they are stationary. Also, if they had really been bouncing around as violently as the movement of the light would indicate, Murdock's ear flaps on his cap would be flapping, and B. A.'s gold chains would be rattling around.
The team generally keeps Murdoch hidden from the military's sight but when they rescued Mickey, Murdock was right out in plain sight of Decker and Crane.
Murdock identified the animal he found in the Sherman tank as "Crocodylus Niloticus". Crocodylus Niloticus is the scientific name for the Nile Crocodile, which is found only in Africa and not on a Pacific island. At the end, the animal that Murdock shows to B. A. is more likely an alligator, based on the rounded shape of its snout.
