The staff of the Ladies and Gentleman's department are up in arms by the service and general poor quality offerings they receive from the staff canteen team, they put it that they can do better, Mr Grace makes them put their money where their mouths are.
Where are Health and Safety when you need them, The Staff canteen is diabolical, grubby and dirty, Rentokil would have been a better option. However the staff do find a way to please everyone. It's an episode that sees the team come together for a change, they've spent the entire series at cross swords, here they unite to take on a common enemy, The Canteen Manageress.
Doremy Vernon had appeared previously, but she would now be a regular, locking horns with everyone.
