I am not too sure why Jim went back to disliking Dylan. When Brenda dated him he was alright about it. Even when he found out that the two are having sex he said that they should not break up. So the negative attitude he had in this episode didn't really make much sense. Still, it was needed for the story and I did like the conversation scenes Jim had with Dylan and Brenda.
The story with Kyle I kind of predicted. Well, I did think he was gay, but turned out he doesn't know yet. Which i guess is a bit more original. I really don't see why he would trust Kelly with it. More than his ex girlfriend? And Kelly? I wouldn't really tell her many secrets.
As I said putting David in action in those acting classes will bring laughs. And it sure did.
