Sid overhears a conversation at The Doctor's Surgery, he believes he hears The Doctor explaining that Jean is pregnant, keen to ensure a perfect pregnancy, he takes 'care' to the next level.
Not quite as good as the opening episode, but still pretty funny, and it's Sid James, so naturally it's enjoyable. It's the first time we've heard that cheeky, famous laugh.
Favourite moment had to be that scene where Sid gets his wires crossed, it's a simple sitcom mechanism, but it does work, and leads to a few laughs.
I am really liking the combination of Sid and Diana Coupland, they really did work well with one another, clearly easy in eachother's company.
6/10.
