Avery Schreiber returns as Miklos

Warning: Spoilers
"The Misfortune Teller" marked the second and final appearance of Avery Schreiber as Ed's gypsy buddy Miklos Negolescu, first introduced in "Play Gypsy" still bartering the old way like his father before him. Reverend Bemis (Ronny Graham, fifth of nine) rides into the garage on his cycle Salome, which Chico examines: "Salome needs new shocks on her back wheel, either you fix her rear end or she'll fix yours!" This leads to a barter over the price, exchanging a christening and a eulogy for the repair job. All this results in over $1000 in services in lieu of worthless money, in particular the magic fingers of masseuse Irma Rosales. Chico uses her to butter up the demanding Banker Sanchez (Julio Medina): "she will get every kink out, from looking at you I'd say you're a pretty kinky guy!" This only earns Ed three extra days to raise the necessary cash, but the Reverend's raffle for $500 hits a snag when Miklos owns the only other ticket besides theirs. Miklos gets to dance off a winner, even though Ed gets all but 50 cents of the loot! Tina Menard makes the first of her two appearances as Spanish speaking neighbor Mrs. Rosada, returning in "The Strike."
