Three men seem to be getting on Jim's nerves. They want a rodeo, but he doesn't. The reason for this is simple: their way is not humane. Makes since, doesn't it? Well, it makes sense to Samson too until the men stir up trouble by putting doubts in Samson's head. Everyone starts ganging up on Jim after that.
The episode holds promise. Though some things about game ranching in Africa are a bit hard to believe, the situations in this episode show just how cultural differences can come between a group of people. Jim's reasons may seem a bit nit-picky to some, but they are his convictions.
Of course, since there is a second part to this episode it's not hard to believe that something finally causes Jim to give in. the ending on this one is a bit weak.
