"Forty-Four Tickets" is an okay episode of "The Dick Van Dyke Show". I say okay because it's not a particularly funny one AND the object lesson I gathered from this one is NEVER own up to your mistakes and they will just disappear on their own!

Rob has promised to get 44 tickets to "The Allan Brady Show" for the PTA but he's forgotten to do so. Now, with only a few days before the show, he's scrambling to find tickets once he's been reminded about the tickets....and with little luck.

On the day of the show, Rob STILL hasn't got enough tickets and he is playing it down to the wire...showing up at the entrance to the show with only a tiny number of tickets. Can a miracle save Rob?

As I said above, this episode isn't all that funny. It also has a weird object lesson...a not particularly helpful one! Overall, watchable but subpar.
