In this and the subsequent episode, the show highlights the talents of Dick Van Dyke's real life brother, Jerry. The two episodes are okay but Jerry's manic behavior can be a bit,...draining.
When the show begins, Stacey Petrie (Jerry Van Dyke) shows up for a visit with Rob and Laura. The problem is that Rob is convinced that the fast-talking Stacey is sleepwalking. In other words, his bubbly and crazy persona is ONLY present when he's asleep...otherwise he's a real shy nerd. What's next? A dinner party...and Stacey is the guest of honor. But WHICH Stacey will show up?
The show is okay though I must admit that Jerry's schtick is a bit tiresome after a while. It's not bad but it isn't among the best of the show...mostly because the sleepwalking aspect of the program seems pretty farfetched and silly.
