Working Together
Prismark1017 April 2020
Dr Cameron is cantankerous because the villagers thinks he has retired.

Dr Finlay and Dr Neil are now partners but bicker a lot. Dr Finlay treats patients regardless of the ability to pay. Dr Neil wants to run it more like a business.

A young girl's illness which her family's doctor is unable to properly treat brings Finlay and Neil together.

I could do less with the arguing between the two doctors. It is good to see the era just before the NHS came into fruition.

People in Britain too often take it for granted that a free health service is just there. It is good to be reminded of a time when most people were unable to see a doctor because they could not afford to.
