In the second half, Blair's tax forms perused by Natalie (Mindy Cohn) are clearly just plain everyday forms with blank spaces to be filled in, like on any generic application. Patently photocopied forms similar to Mrs. Garrett's grocery order forms attached to a clipboard at the beginning of this installment. Only seen from afar, so the producers conveniently didn't go further than using slightly different color paper. Closer observation reveals that the style of the 'Internal Revenue Services' printed forms themselves are exactly the same as Eastland kitchen's stock order.
