I loved to see some mentioning of animal abuse on the show! Steve rescuing the orangutan from the laboratory (and also the hamsters of course) was a great story line. Of course it was done very simply and I wish that he would said that he sends him to sanctuary (but hey, those were 90's and zoo is better than lab anyways, or it is one of the actually good zoos!). Still an incredibly cute episode, loved that orangutan.

Carl's bomb episode was also hilarious. Lieutenant making fun of Carl being overweight was pretty funny (it wasn't in a very mean way) and the scene of them in the fitness room switching places on the machine was great.

In this episode, we have two storylines: Urkel rescues a orangutan from the experience lab and wishes to hide him enough time to buy him and give him to the zoo, meanwhile Carl is in a fitness program, and the treadmill used by Lieutenant is rigged with a bomb, meant for Lieutenant of course, but while being used by Carl. I thought this was a great way to start off the show, Waldo introduction as a close friend of Eddie is kind of sudden, seeing that we've seen him before and sometimes with the "bad guys" but he is a great comic adition to the show. Steve is hilarious as always with a orangutan to complement the craziness "They stopped me for five minutes because I looked suspicious!" . The final message of helping animals was achieved without feeling "preachy". Carl's moment in the treadmill was hilarious, the premise of the bomb going off if he stopped running was very well done, and Lieutenant has gone from being one of those "oh not this guy again" characters to become one of my favorite characters, great stuff! 7/10 ******* Peter Shelby

Really enjoyed the scenes giving more background to Carl's police position. The scenes with the orangutan were pretty awesome as well! Hope they treated him well in between scenes.
