Tender Kisses (#4.15)

Warning: Spoilers
A great episode with two story lines that provided great scenes and jokes.

One is about Eddie trying to get tickets to the Tracie Spencer concert by pretending to work in the hotel she stays. The scene of Weasel dressed as a maid was high class, especially when he gets mad. Great work by Shavar Ross.

And Darius McCrary has a beautiful voice as we can see from his duet with Tracie Spencer.

Another story is Carl wanting to read Harriet's diary. A great scene is when at night he tries to get to her diary and even pretends to be sleepwalking.

Not much of Urkel. Even less of Laura

Warning: Spoilers
This may be just the right episode for those who think the spotlight was too often on Urkel. In this episode, the spotlight is on Eddie, and his attempts at meeting singer Tracie Spencer. Along with his goofy friends, Weasel and Waldo, he manages to get inside Tracie's hotel room. Eddie winds up singing a duet with Tracie. The premise is silly, but it works. Eddie and Tracie sound good, and look nice together. Urkel's only function, in this episode, was reading Harriet's diary to Carl. What was she trying to hide from Carl? The episode treated this premise as if it was so intriguing. It didn't even particularly interest me. What was going on with Laura?! She doesn't appear until the last scene of the episode, and she has no dialogue. That wasn't good! I'm always interested in Laura and Steve.
